You've done the flow tests on the pipes, but left out one of the most restrictive parts of the intake tract (the compressor housing inlet). Flow-bench the entire system: Stock piping with stock compressor inlets V.1 piping with stock compressor inlets V.2 piping with initial inlet machining v.2 piping with updated inlet machining Just a thought. Great products Ash! Love it and can't wait for dyno results.
